People often ask me why I started a travel business.
The answer is deeply personal.
For many years, nursing has been a meaningful part of my life. Caring for others has taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of helping people navigate challenges. But nursing is also physically demanding, and over time, it has become harder on my body.
At the same time, I found myself wanting something more—more flexibility, more purpose-driven work, and most importantly, more time with my husband.
For over 28 years, my husband and I have traveled together while navigating the realities of wheelchair use, low vision, and accessibility challenges. We’ve learned firsthand that “accessible” doesn’t always mean accessible, and we’ve experienced both the frustrations and the incredible joys that travel can bring.
Those experiences inspired me to create All Access Travel.
While accessible travel is a passion of mine, I help travelers of all ability levels. Whether you have no accessibility needs at all, require a few accommodations, or have complex accessibility requirements, I believe everyone deserves a vacation that is enjoyable, stress-free, and tailored to their unique needs.
My mission is simple: to help people travel with confidence. I want my clients to spend less time worrying about logistics and more time making memories with the people they love.
My goal is to transition into representing my travel business full-time while continuing to nurse part-time. Not because I’m leaving nursing behind, but because I’m following another calling—one that allows me to help people in a different way while creating more time with the person who inspired this journey in the first place.
Thank you to everyone who has supported All Access Travel, trusted me with your vacations, shared my posts, referred friends and family, and encouraged this dream. Every booking, referral, and share means more than you know.
If my story resonates with you, I have a small favor to ask. Please consider sharing my business with your friends, family, coworkers, and anyone who loves to travel. Whether they’re planning a cruise, an all-inclusive getaway, a family vacation, or a trip that requires specialized accessibility planning, your recommendation helps my small business grow and allows me to continue helping more people see the world.
Your support truly makes a difference, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to travel with All Access Travel.
